Evening cocktails, the perfect way to start the evening with a nightly cocktail accompanied by tasty tapas, an opportunity to meet your fellow guests
Dinner is a special affair offering a choice of 3 different venues. Dining options include our International themed buffet at Reef Restaurant, Thai food at Suan Bua, Italian and Grill cuisine at Azzuri Mare and our Teppanyaki counter at Reef restaurant. Advance reservations need to be made in respective outlets.
Two bars to choose from serving a variety of beverages daily from 10 am to midnight. House pouring wines (red, white, sparkling and rose), beer, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, tea, coffee and juices
Excursions are included with the stay. The resort offers a selection of highly popular tours such as, whale shark snorkeling, guided snorkeling tour, sunset fishing, sunset cruise and a local island discovery. All excursions will be operated weather permitted and have to be booked in advance at Front Office
 (Excursions are per person per stay. We can’t guarantee sightings of the Whale Sharks as a point to note)

Health and wellbeing is covered too. Complimentary use of our fitness center, tennis and volley ball court
Complimentary activities in the resort include, use of snorkeling equipment, windsurfer lessons, speedboat tube or banana ride, canoes, paddle boats and catamaran sailing.

 For Spa Cenvaree, the following credits will apply:
Client stay:-
01-06 nights receives a USD 100 per adult per stay
07-09 nights receives a USD 200 per adult per stay
10 nights or more receives a USD 400 per adult per stay
 

• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages other the package inclusions if any, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

• 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) -You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.

• Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

1. You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking.
2. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you
3. You must pay the balance of your holiday/Airlines by the due date as per given payment schedule to you at the time of booking .In case the payment is not received as per the schedule, your booking may stand cancelled and cancellation fees set out in the Booking Conditions may be payable by you. 
4. If you fail to pay your balance as per the due dates given in the payment schedule then pay the late payment fee of 5000 INR will be charged from you  in addition to your balance payment

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

1. Any Time cancellation after booking 5000 INR per person for Hotel/Resort/Land package Booking as a assistance and consultancy fee  plus hotel/Resort/Land package cancellation charges and 1000 INR per person for Airlines cancellation as a service fee plus Airlines cancellation charges  
2. Cancellations before 45 Days prior to the date of arrival 30 % of the total invoice amount will be charged.
3. Cancellations before 30 Days   prior to the date of arrival 60 % of the total invoice amount will be charged
4. Cancellations before 16 days prior to the date of arrival 85% of the total invoice amount will be charged
5. Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the date of arrival 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged
6. All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total invoice amount on the basis booked
