Dining Experience

• Breakfast: Extensive buffet selection at the (main restaurant) Sunset Restaurant / Malaafaiy (0730hrs – 1000hrs)
• Lunch: International buffet selection with action stations at the (main restaurant) Sunset Restaurant / Malaafaiy (1230hrs – 1430hrs)
• Dinner: A sumptuous dinner buffet with action stations at the (main restaurant) Sunset Restaurant / Malaafaiy (1900hrs – 2130hrs)

Service Charges, GST and Green Tax

• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

• Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

• Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary

1. Visa charges: Visa is gratis and will be granted on arrival for Indian passport holder for Maldives, Mauritius and Indonesia
2. Meals and services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included.
3. The usual check-in time at hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms unless pre-paid and booked in advance
4. Hotel /Resort rooms are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking and In case rooms are not available in the hotels mentioned, we will provide you alternate hotels of similar category
5. Rates are subject to change in case of change in airport taxes, hotel rates, ROE, transport rates, government taxes and entrance fees.
6. Final vouchers can only be issued once Aditya Grand Vacation has received full payment.
7. The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received as per given payment schedule or less than 41 days prior to departure
8. Accommodation charges for children will be determined by their ages i.e., infants/children between 0-2 years will not be provided with extra cot/bed and hence bed pricing will not be implemented. Children between 2-12 years will be provided with an extra bed in the room and it will be subject to additional bed cost. Please note the criteria for bed requirement is predetermined by the hotel and is non-negotiable.
9. The hotel allows a maximum of one extra bed in a room.
10. Rates mentioned above are valid only for Indian nationals residing in India.

Important Note:

1. The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return date of travel.
2. Providing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage
3. Price is calculated for per passenger on twin-sharing basis
4. Full payment is required before the departure
5. All complementary services from Aditya Grand Vacation like Travel Insurance and others subject to timely  payment received as per given payment schedule .

1. You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking.
2. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you
3. You must pay the balance of your holiday/Airlines by the due date as per given payment schedule to you at the time of booking .In case the payment is not received as per the schedule, your booking may stand cancelled and cancellation fees set out in the Booking Conditions may be payable by you. 
4. If you fail to pay your balance as per the due dates given in the payment schedule then pay the late payment fee of 5000 INR will be charged from you  in addition to your balance payment

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

1. Any Time cancellation after booking 5000 INR per person for Hotel/Resort/Land package Booking as a assistance and consultancy fee  plus hotel/Resort/Land package cancellation charges and 1000 INR per person for Airlines cancellation as a service fee plus Airlines cancellation charges  
2. Cancellations before 45 Days prior to the date of arrival 30 % of the total invoice amount will be charged.
3. Cancellations before 30 Days   prior to the date of arrival 60 % of the total invoice amount will be charged
4. Cancellations before 16 days prior to the date of arrival 85% of the total invoice amount will be charged
5. Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the date of arrival 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged
6. All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total invoice amount on the basis booked
